How do I shop with you? Shopping at teashirts.co.uk is easy. If you know what you're looking for you can use the search box at the top of the page. From here you can search further into the sub categoriesby hovering your mouse over one of the bar's menu items to see the sub categories appear below. Or simply browse through of unique collection of tees. Make sure you check out 'what's new' and our 'sale' sections.
Once you've found what you're looking for, you choose the style, colour and size and click on 'Add to shopping cart'. Available on any page is 'My cart', which is found in the upper right corner of the screen. Any items you wish to remove simply click the button 'delete'. When you are ready to pay, click on the button 'Check out' - and walk right through to the simplest transaction page around. Should I be a member to shop with you? No, you can easily fail to register with us. Can I get my goods delivered today? What you can. If you are a member of Trier Membership Club, and resides in Copenhagen, you have the opportunity to have delivered your goods the same day against a mertillæg at 150 pounds. However, you must book in at 13.00 - but then you also have your fine products within a few hours. As a non-member we also offer you this service, however, to 250 kronor. Do you ship abroad?
We are more than happy to ship abroad. We appreciate everyone with good taste! The applicable tariffs for transit to your destination will clearly appear fon your receipt. All shipments to the EU are sent via Royal Mail. All shipments abroad are delivered by DHL. Shipping to Europe takes approximately 3-5 business days, while shipping outside Europe usually takes 4-8 business days. Can I get money back for my item? You can at least! All products are covered by purchase Code provisions on return on net. You therefore have 14 days return valid from the day you receive your goods by post. To avail yourself of your return, you must complete the return slip, which is found in your package and enclose it in shipping package with the returned goods. Return leaflet can also be found and printed here.
Is there not a packing slip, you can use, so MUST package sent insured, ie as parcel post with tracking number. Letter Post will not work because the package can not be tracked.
Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received - with intact return label attached to the goods. It is important to know that the goods without a return label, no discussion can not be returned.
Once we receive the product, and accepted the return, we will as soon as possible and within 14 days to repatriate purchase amount to your account. If you received a gift purchased online at Triercopenhagen.com and want to return it, you have within 8 days for either exchange for another item of equal value or to obtain a gift card or voucher, which you can use when it suits you, but within a year. If you find a product that costs more than the gift, you have to pay the difference, and supply costs, and get the new product sent instead. To take advantage of your exchange right, fill out the return slip and enclose it in shipping package with the returned item.

How do I change currency? If you are in Denmark, you will automatically see prices in Danish kroner. Are you in Sweden and Norway, you will see the prices, respectively. Swedish and Norwegian crowns - and you are in England, you will see prices in pounds sterling. Do you live in the U.S., you see prices in U.S. dollars while the rest of Europe automatically see prices in Euros. If you are in another country, but would most like to just see the prices in Danish kroner, you can quickly change the currency in the upper right corner.
Which credit cards do you accept? At TEASHIRTS.CO.UK you can pay using all major credit cards, be it VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JPC, Maestro and VISA Electron. Amount will not be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. All prices in Trier Copenhagen is shown in AUD and include 25% VAT, unless the goods are destined for a non-EU country. See the section on Customs and VAT for further information. If you order the other hand, from a country outside the EU, the goods may be detained at customs, and the package may be suffered by local taxes and duties which we can not be held responsible. Be aware that the withholding of your package at customs can delay shipment a lot. Should you find out that the package is detained, you should immediately contact the freight company. I need to complain about a product. How do I do? All products are covered by purchase Act's rules on two-year warranty. The warranty means that you, the customer may complain of defects in the goods that have arisen within two years after purchase. Several articles, however, according to the Consumer Agency, a life or a normal life span that is shorter than 2 years, this applies to most clothing pieces, like a series of circumstances when it comes to deciding on warranty. The warranty covers therefore when errors occur because of misuse, improper maintenance or normal wear. Please be aware of this before you advertise. How do I earn Loyalty points? You earn priority points by placing an order but the first time you register Trier Membership Club, you receive 500 loyalty points.
How do I count my points together? You earn points based on cumulative calculations of each purchase from Triercopenhagen.com. In Danish well it means that you get points equal to a discount of 5% of your total order. These points can save you together, you can send them to someone you think will enjoy them, or you can use all or part of your score on your next order.

You can use them on your next purchase, and gain a discount, or you can save the accumulated points on your member profile, so you want to use them on a purchase. Can I give my points away? What you think! Loyalty points can be easily sent to your friend, your mother, your girlfriend - or others who you think will benefit from the points. Note that these must be members of Trier Membership Club to use the accumulated points.
Can I exchange my points for cash? No, points can not at any time, or some pnder any terms, exchangeable for cash.
What are the rules for points if I return goods? Send products back, it means automatic withdrawal of loyalty points corresponding to the returned amount.
